I'm just a normal person working to reach my fitness goals. I'm not here to promote any drinks or pills. I just want to spew my honest thoughts and feelings on workouts, meals, and other fitness related things. And probably also whine and complain a bit.....lets be honest, being healthy is tough!

A Few Days Off
I've decided to take a few days off. I went to the chiro on Friday and got adjusted and he took at my knee. He said my knee looked and felt fine. He also said my back was pretty out of whack when he adjusted it and that could of contributed to my knee issues. I was pretty sore last night (which sometimes happens after a good chiro visit for me). Today my knee has still be feeling a tiny bit odd. I've been trying to take it easy but we also had new appliances delivered today. I have a dr appointment already set up for the 6th so if my knee is still bugging me I'll bring it up then. Until then I'm just going to take it easy, probably stick to yoga and other low impact workouts, and see what happens.
